Blü-Test are NIST-certified test instruments for temperature, humidity and pressure. Each individual probe takes measurements and stores the data in its built-in memory. The data can then be downloaded to a smart device (smartphone, tablet etc.) via the Blü-Test app. No cords or separate meters needed!

What is NIST?

NIST stands for National Institute of Standards and Technology. NIST is a scientific institution under the US federal government. NIST is committed to standardisation in science, such as defining units. NIST was founded in 1901 under the name National Bureau of Standards (NBS). Each probe is calibrated with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Certificates of calibration are included.Test data is available immediately on the probe’s OLED display or sent to the user’s smart device. Updated continuously.

The black button, located in the center of the front of the device, is a multi-functional button. This button turns on the device after holding it for a few seconds, scrolls through the display menu on the OLED display, and turns it off if you hold it for a couple of seconds again. The OLED display can display the measured values (and preferred units if applicable), the status of the battery charge, the part number, logging notification, firmware version, product ID etc. Every instrument also has a belt clip on one side, a magnetic side panel on the other side and a D-ring clip located on the bottom of the instrument. It is also possible to hang an instrument from the hanging clip provided with the instrument(s). This handy attachment gives the option to hang the instrument in a place where a measurement of any kind, without human help, would otherwise be impossible. You can leave the instrument hanging to get a lot of valuable readings, from one specific spot in a room/building, over time.
