Formwork console, forms part of the Climbing formwork Measuring System. The console is attached to the top of a climbing formwork bulkhead and forms a sleeve point there.
Formwork brackets are attached to the top of the formwork bulkheads directly above the markings on the floor. This is aligned so that the hole in the shuttering console and in the adjusting plate of the wall console are directly above each other.
The shuttering console is marked with black circles on a white background.
Adjusting the formwork - the first stroke
For setting the formwork for the first stroke, there are no wall consoles with mouthing points yet. However, the plumb laser can be set up above the markings on the floor and the top of the formwork can be set.
Setting the formwork - repetitive
For setting the formwork, the lasers are set up above the consoles in one shaft (e.g. across the diagonal of the shaft). The laser beam has a free measuring path through the decking and between the uprights of the formwork. At the top, the laser spot falls on the alignment mark and can be read off directly to adjust the position of the formwork until the laser beam ends up centrically on the alignment marks. As the spotlight is directly visible from the levelling platform, the crew can see the consequences of the adjustment themselves. As a result, adjustment is fast and accurate.
